By requesting services from Prime Construction And Electrical LLC, you agree to the terms, responsibilities, and conditions described below.

1. Scope of Services

Prime Construction And Electrical LLC provides construction and electrical services. Project scope, materials, pricing, and timelines are defined in written estimates, proposals, or work orders before work begins.

2. Scheduling and Timelines

Prime Construction And Electrical LLC aims to complete projects on schedule, but timelines may change due to weather, permitting, inspection availability, material delays, or client-requested changes.

3. Pricing and Payment

Clients agree to pay Prime Construction And Electrical LLC according to the accepted estimate or contract terms. Deposits, progress payments, and final payment requirements will be stated in the project agreement. Late or unpaid balances may delay service completion.

4. Changes and Additional Work

Any work requested outside the approved scope may require a written change order and additional cost. Prime Construction And Electrical LLC will communicate change impacts before proceeding whenever practical.

5. Termination

Either party may terminate service terms as permitted in the project agreement. Prime Construction And Electrical LLC reserves the right to stop work for nonpayment, unsafe site conditions, or other material breaches.
